I liked the content, it was entertaining.

My complaints:

-Lag(Maybe not related to the content itself). I could play the rest of the game normally but while doing Keiran's quests, I couldn't. Simple as that.

-Miku's AI. "I'm using Promise of Death on Spirit of Brambles!" and "I'm using Promise of Death on Bone Horror!" during the battle was frustrating.

Truth, had her do that to a spirit. She also can have really bad timing with that skill, like when an enemy is about to die.

she uses it as soon as it recharges if there are enemies in the area.

Miku's obviously our in for going to cantha for winds of change. Would be funny if she showed up just after the wedding and asked keiren for help. Cue gwen laying the smackdown on them both and ordering us to go keep an eye on the both of them. Oh, and saving the world again while we're there

Not sure if it was the same for anyone else, but I noticed that she uses the hex a lot better when fights start. She always seemed to target the people I called out fairly well. It's only until the fights start to drag on that she begins to hex random targets.

In any case, I hope they're planning to add in the wedding between now and the new Cantha content that's going to be released sometime in December. I really want to find out what the new hero will be, and the new items for the HOM.

Also hearing about Gwen later suing Thackery's ass for child-custody, because she seems like she'd do that.

Found the quest string's quite easy, completed each several times now, not failed on any occassion, and I think "my sin" friend died once (And that was by a bit of bad luck, recovered without her help ).

Its not hard, anyone struggling needs to read the advice above, use Skill 1 when a target is called (On that target!!), and use the other skills to take down another target/hinder their skills. If you get a bad aggro, keep on the move, dont just stand there and get killed.

Time healing to as said above, keep you both pretty much invincible, and try to get the aggro on the sin, not yourself.

Overall good fun, enjoyed it, would be happy to see more solo content in the future (As other key characters), perhaps not as a long chain though.

Alright maybe I'm just extremely unlucky, but I got pulls where all 3-4 white mantle had resses frequently, or if 1 of them didn't have a res, that's the one Miku picked to death mark (usually shadow stepping silent peacekeepers, which would either get marked, then have the hex removed, or get marked, and then blind me while I was in the middle of using sniper shot..), and a lot of the pulls for me involved mentors or pet using enemies that made the mob size larger.

There were other times when 1 WM was using FomF and one was using Signet of return at the same time, there was no way I was getting both of them interrupted so I let FomF go off cause it took half their health away.

Overall I only died twice, in the 3rd mission, but had to flee in all 3 missions with the heal skill and let Miku die dozens of times. Just I didn't consider those moments fun while White Mantle res spammed each other forcing me to flee. Some challenges are fun, some aren't and are just frustrating. I find res spam to be of the latter.

D'oh! I had it confused with Signet of Return. Sorry about that, OP. My mistake.

Still, I didn't run into any situations in which they used it so much that the content was difficult, I just had to remember who had what resurrect (which you should figure out quickly if you're dying often), and take them out either first or immediately after Sniper Shotting Miku's first marked target.

Unless the shouter lags bad, or unless you use skills that interrupt around like panic, or skills that interrupt next skill, or interrupt bots, you can't.

Can someone post a screenshot of Promise of Death on a spirit? Because that's a hex, and spirits may not be hexed.

Her AI is bad, but then so is any other melee ally AI. Sometimes she just stands next to a wall during battles.

It was fun playing a Ranger on steroids. But I really dont want to take all my toons through Heart of the North. It was fun to take all 10 professions through WiK. At least then I could approach it in a different way.

I suggest making Heart of the North account wide. That way we dont have to be subjected to the same content over and over and over again, just to start C:WoC.

I really enjoyed it. It was a ton of fun and something completely new instead of the same ol' let me grab my heroes, give them the usual builds, and go roflstomp some mobs once again.

This time, you actually had to use a bit of strategy cause everything was solo and a new set of skills. It was alot of fun and definitely had a good time....

The first time.....

While I do agree it was fun, the downside about it being Thackery you always play, is that you have to do that on every single character you have. Like Nerfherder said, at least with WiK, you could approach it a different way for each character. Doing it this way, all characters have to keep doing the same thing over and over.

I have 18 characters to do this on. Really not looking forward to that....

I agree they really need milestones that advance GWB account wide if you do a chapter once. It's only going to get much, much worse to take multiple toons through as this goes on.

I dislike Gwen getting good times after being a b**** for soooo dang long. But the quests were fun in the set up for GW2 and future GW:B lore. I saw interesting though cheesey gameplay in the "Dialogue plus skill reference!" resulting in the two new skills in the latter missions.
I liked going to previous Prophecies locales, the ending was especially nice for the "I used to love this place" feeling.

Still, the Thackeray missions had repetitive gameplay, at least the skills were an interesting set, fun to see how many mobs you could fell.

If you don't over aggro, I don't see how you can fail. Even if you don't use the right skill on the right target... for the first 2 missions I just used whatever skill could be used without even caring which enemy I was targeting.

And for the rez : well I didn't even know they could use "We Shall Return", and most of time when they use Signet of Return, the target will be rez with ~10% of health, so not that bothering.

Not everything can be rushed by playing randomly.
